By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Astrology services are personalized and based on individual birth details. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Consultation Services (Chat / Call / Video)

  • Once a live consultation session has started, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
  • If a session is disconnected due to technical issues from our side and cannot be completed, we may:
    • Reschedule the session, or
    • Provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued if:

  • You provide incorrect birth details.
  • You are dissatisfied with predictions or advice given.

3. Kundli & Digital Reports

  • Once a Kundli, horoscope, or any digital report is generated and delivered, it is non-refundable.
  • If you entered incorrect details, you may request a corrected report (additional charges may apply).

4. Astro Store / Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical products are sold:

  • Refund or replacement is available only for:
    • Damaged items received
    • Wrong product delivered

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but service is not delivered due to technical error:

  • The amount will be refunded automatically within 5–7 business days, or
  • You may contact our support team for assistance.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Scheduled consultations may be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment for rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for refund.
